Reservation Summary
Important: Reservations aren't required—walk-ins are always welcome, with rentals available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To guarantee equipment availability, you can reserve with a 25% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if canceled at least 2 days before your rental start date and is applied to your rental charge upon checkout. If you fail to cancel or complete the rental, the deposit is forfeited.
Pickup or Delivery?
Pickup from our store is always free. Delivery is always round trip (we deliver, we pick up). Local delivery (within 10 miles) costs $75. Beyond 10 miles the cost is $75 plus $3 per additional mile. The delivery fee is due at pickup with your rental balance.
Limited Damage Waiver
Limited Damage Waiver (LDW) is an optional protection that reduces what you owe if our equipment is accidentally damaged during your rental. With LDW, we waive 80% of the first $5,000 of covered repair or replacement costs.
